need help

my cherokee wont really get passed 15 to 25 mph, i have talked to some people about it and they said that they bypassed the evap system have any of you done that and know how to do it right. thanx

15 - 25 MPH = Miles per hour... try going down hill...you may get 25-35 MPH...
Or...did you mean... MPG = Miles per Gallon ???
