If you have no power to the pump and your fuses aren't shorted/blown then you most likely will have some form of wiring issue. The pump itself may be bad. Get a schematic of the fuel pump and it's power supply then trace the wires to the problematic area.

Does the fuel pump spin up momentarily when you turn the key to "on", or is it completely dead? Do you have spark or is that dead too?

When you turn the ignition on you should here the pump start running. If not then more than likely its related to the pump somehow. Bad pump or the wiring to power the pump has an open somewhere causing it now to get power.
