Default need help!!!!!!

Cherokee 4.0 List of problems!!!!
Hit bump,stall for a second.
Hard to start , cranks to long before starting.
Replaced crankshaft sensor, no better.
Low fuel pressure, replaced fuel pump, good pressure not
running.
Here is my guestion, had a code for transmission range sensor, can that cause my not running at all problems?
At the time the problem was not worth the cost.It would flash a code, cruise would not work, not $550 worth of inconvenience!
But on last trip trip, transmission would not shift
unless I took my foot off the gas peddle!
Now it will start idle for a few minutes and die, will not restart for a while.
Also replaced plug wires, distributor cap and button.
Thanks for any help, I take awhile to respond ,because of my job!!!!
