Ok long story short, i bought a new case for my remote and i had to take out the batt tab... needless to say it got bent all out of whack and i have no idea how it was shaped.... if anyone could please take a pic of theirs from as many angles as possible I'd really appreciate it!!

Hah- I know the feeling, I've done that once, and was very surprised that the remote didn't come with that metal tab pre-installed. Can't complain, considering it was a $3 eBay buy, I guess.

 

exactly, it was cheap i just figured I'd be able to figure it out..... thought i did but i pulled the tab too high.
