spring front eye attaching bolts to 156 Nm (115 ft. lbs.) .
spring rear eye attaching bolts to 108 Nm (80 ft. lbs.) .
U-bolts and nuts. Tighten the nuts to 70 Nm (52 ft. lbs.)

On my passenger side the shake to frame bolt would not reach the torque spec. It kept spinning and easily too. Is there anything I can do to get in there and change it? Or is it stripped?
