Just make sure your axle is centered over your jeep. you dont need to jack up your jeep. once you get the new tb where you want it, just tighten the glandnut, you should put a little locktite on it. sometimes it will work itself loose.

When i replaced mine I had the front end jacked up for more clearance underneath. Dont get frustrated with trying to get the chassis side of the track bar attached, the bolt is in a very awkward and tight position. An extra set of hands help as well.
Good Luck

friends help is a good idea. the odds of both hole lining up first try is slim, i found that bolting one end in and turning the steering wheel whichever way needed worked good.

I installed an adjustable trac bar last week.
The frame end was quite stubborn. I finally got it out using a tie rod separator (pickle fork), but it would have been quicker if I had a torch and added a little heat to the frame.
Use a ratchet strap to center the axle. You can run one end around the frame where the trac bar attaches and the other end around the wheel/tire that sticks out further. As you tighten the strap it will pull the body toward that wheel. Once centered, adjust your bar to fit and your done.
I had to adjust the steering drag link to re-center my steering wheel, but that's no big deal.
