What is the length of the drive shaft I need after putting in the 8.25? The suspension on my Cherokee is stock.

I can get the shaft from the yard that the rear came from. Just wanted to be sure of the length in case it got thrown into a pile of other shafts that I got the right one.

Went back and got the other drive shaft today that was on the 8.25 that I bought. It was 1 1/2 inches shorter. Nice thing about it was he gave it to me for free...........Yippie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
