so i have a 200 xj and was wanting to take the plastin trim that rund from finder to finder off and was wondering if eneyone has a pic of theres without it

Do it. they look alot better with out th trim plus the trim is double sided taped on.

Maybe try a heat gun to soften it up before you try to pull it off??...Tj

do it but your fingers are going to hurt when your done, id go take a pic but its cold and thiers pics all over here of them off

I did it a few weeks back it was pretty easy i used a hair dryer to warm them up (it was 35 degrees outside) after you get under them just pull back slow and the side molding will come right off then use the hair dryer and heat up the remaining tape and run your thumb over it. that tape will roll right off. For the flares you can push up on the bottom of it and it will pop right off then remove the metal peice by unbolting it. But your spash guard will show so you can trim it or remove it. I took my rear ones out cause they were pointless then just trimmed the lip off the fronts.
