Originally this was gonna be a "Is this safe" post but I think I figured out what happened. My sway bar links bushings in the front look really messed up:

My jeep has two inch pucks in the front, and I think the sway bar links are no longer long enough for them. My jeep has been driving rougher and rougher, the shop that did the lift was a little sketch. Is the solution to get new bushings and upgrade to longer sway bars?

Yep, you need longer Sway Bar Links.

Are those pictures with the Jeep at ride height? If so, looks like way more than 2" of lift, and your sway bar links are much too short. I think the sway bar is supposed to be angled up between 0-15° from horizontal.

Mine was the same way when I bought it. It handled like dog poop. Looks at least 2 inch lift but more like 3 in my opinion.

Longer links and new bushings
