my hood latch is broke the cable broke at the front of the hood if any one can help tell what i need to do to get it back open thanks for the help

 

If it broke at the latch side you could remove some of the shielding to expose cable and grab it with vise grips. If you are certain it broke on the latch side then you need to take the headlights and grille off so you can reach up and release it.
