Default Is my Fan Clutch Going?

I've flushed 3 times, new T-stat, sending unit and have burped all the air out of the system.

At idle she runs at 205 when on the highway 212ish (on the high side of the 210 mark). When in town going through the lower gears she cools right back down.

I've noticed my fun stays running 5-6 seconds after the engine is off. Is the clutch fan going?

Yea it shouldn't spin more that 2-3 times at the most. Mine spins 2 times after I shut down. IMO I think it could be replaced...Tj

yea there should be enough resistance to stop the fan very shortly after you shut it down..

Those temperatures seem normal to me.

+1, temps seem normal, but the fan still going after the motor is off doesn't.

Maybe time to upgrade to electric fans?

To check if the clutch fan is still good, spin the fan by hand when the heap is cold. Then drive it around and get it hot, then turn it off and spin the fan by hand again. It should be much harder to spin when hot
