I also have vibrations when ill gun it off the line. I can't look at it while driving but I'm almost 100% sure that its a rubber holder that broke and the pipe is hitting the transfer case when it vibrates. Check that out I'd say. Hope you can fix it.

Do this ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Drive down the road @ WOT for 10 or 20 miles. When the police stop you, pull over print out and show them a copy of this post, they will probably just let you go. It won't fix the exhaust problem but you can have some fun.

This noise is at it's worse at tickover. It's definitely coming from the silencer. I suspect a baffle has gone, which is a pain as it's only been on the car two months!

If you cross your fingers, how you gonna tighten the clamps?

I don't know who made the exhaust, but it was purchased by an eBay store based here in the UK. Unfortunately over here we don't have access to a lot of the big suppliers you enjoy stateside, unless that is you want to pay a fortune in shipping costs. There are though a number of savvy stores on the Internet who ship product in from the US and sell them at discounted prices. This was one of these and despite the problem I would highly recommend them based on their service!
