I have some issues with my Xj. Once my jeep has been running for a while, it has a strong coolant smell (only able to smell it once outside and next to the front end). Also, my heater/AC sounds so terrible everytime it is running. It usually squeels really loud when it's cold, and every few seconds when it turns on and off it sounds rough. Also for some reason my coolant in the resevoir keeps changing colours to a rusty brown. I have flushed it quite a few times, with the machine and with a garden hose while its running for 15ish minutes. I think it might have to do with my heater core, not too sure though.
Any ideas? Thanks.

could be lots of things. check the bottem of the RAD on the battery side, does the fins look like they are rotted out? Also if somone ever added stop leak, it will turn it that nasty brown color, and is a night mare to get out.

If it was the stop leak, how would I go about flushing it out?
