Motor swap question

Well my buddy has an 01 Cherokee and he is wanting to swap a 4.0 in it from a grand Cherokee will it work the GC motor is a 94 4.0

Quick answer is no..

Different head casting.. cant bolt the coilpacks to 94 head. All the sensors are different as well, 94 is OBDI and 01 is OBDII

another question can u swap a 96 cherokee 4.0 to a 97 grand cherokee 4.0
