2 doors are MUCH longer (like 8"-12") than the 4 door fronts. That is why you dont knock your knees when you get in..

I don't mind my dent minus it has rust where the paint chipped because of it. I actually probably could just knock it. Can you spray the surface rust with rustoleum paint and call it good? or do you need to get the rust off somehow prior to that? (sorry for the thread jacking)

 

I would be interested in it but its too far away. All ive ever had are black 2drs, a 93 sport, 95 sport and 96 sport. I still have the 95 and 96 2drs and i need parts

another 2 door biting the dust. i wish i had the money to just pay your scrap price for it, i would send it to you and have my family down there pick it up for me until i could get down there to get it. BUT, i'm broke, so not happening. i hate to keep seeing 2 doors getting crushed though

2 doors are pretty rare and sought after...i'm pretty sure you could find someone to take it off your hands at scrap price if not more.

I dont know why anyone would bring a car to the yard when they can get triple the amount for it by just parting it out.

 

I would be willing to buy all of the driver door components off of you u wanted to sell those and maybe some of your dash as well

The doors and axles alone will give you the same amount as the junk yard is offering. Pull those and craigslist/kijiji those things and you'll have the same cash as at the junk yard and they'll be a quick sale. Now list the engine, transmission, transfercase, hood, fenders, seats, etc. and you'll probably be able to sell all those parts aswell before christmas.

I did the same thing after friends hounding me to part it out, boy am i glad i did. I sold 80% of it within 3 weeks and easily tripled how much the junk yard offered. the last 20% took another 3 months to sell and got me another couple hundred.

 

if you have manual windows ill take the handles, and if the liftgate shocks are good, those too 5dollar flat rate box, throw me a number, vut as others said, im sure parting it out will net you atleast double the junkyard, or sell it as a parts truck..
