Missing sway bar

Missing sway bar
I’m a newbie Just bought 96m XJ Sport with a RC 3” lift it runs great tested it out in the Dessert today for the first time after getting home and inspecting the underside I noticed that the rear Stabilizer bar is missing is this normal for a lifted XJ.

yea rear one is usless, i have a 6.5" lift and 35" muds, dont need it, but the front one is a life saver!
