Could also be pickup coil under dist cap, or tps, or map sensor.

Mine was doing the same thing, And the blue wire on dist plug was broke, Fixed wire and ran awesome.

Could be injectors...cheap check without the diagnostic bill is to unplug the electrical connectors for the injectors one at a time when it is running like crap this will at least show you which cylinder isnt firing. Maybe not the healthiest thing for the engine but just dont let it run long when unpluged. Then check your spark plugs and ignition stuff..like wires rotor and cap those sorts of things and make sure they are clean and in good working order.

Also...does it normaly start up fine when cold then randomly start running bad when warm..and maybe every once in a while start bad?

If so these are common injector symptoms.

you can check all the sensors...tps..iac..map..mat/cts..and the egr valve and solenoid. Also check plugs and wires. check your fuel pressure at the rail should read 30psi..check when it is running bad if it is low check fuel filter, regulator and pump. Could still be injectors though.
