Partsgeek.com had the cheapest I've found for $38. The big boxes have them for $50-70.

I guess that's a matter of opinion. The one I bought is made by Denso, it fixed my fuel economy problem...

Are the upstream and downstream O2 sensors the same part numbers?

Thanks,

Dunno... I got my 02 today from Autozone, and it was $45 or so. Dunno if the 2.5 uses a different part than the 4.0. Haven't replaced it yet... either tomorrow, or over my weekend (Sun and Mon). Not a bad price to get it in my hands today.

I don't think so. They have different cable lengths. http://www.autozone.com/autozone/par.../N-ja2ceZ9l2xh
