Default Misfire after tune up

I had a slight misfire in cylinder 2, so i replaced the cap, rotar, spark plugs, and wires. Still misfired, so i replaced the injectors with some of the neon injectors i had laying around. Still misfired, so i took it to sun devil auto(i hate them) to get it diagnosed. They tell me bosch plugs are crap and that the sparkplug in cylinder 2 is cracked. They also say it needs fuel injector cleaner that only auto shops have access to. So my questions are:
1. are bosch plugs crap, if so, which should i get?
2. Do auto shops really use different fuel injector cleaner and should i spent the money to get them to use the fuel injector cleaner?
Thanks in advance for any help.

Injector cleaner: Shops use a pressurized canister that has solvent based cleaner that flushes the system.
I don't think there is an issue with Bosch plugs, but to be sure why not change that plug to # 1 or something, but I don't see the same cylinder missing after replacing everything.
I would run a compression check on it. If #2 is low, add a little ATF and check it again, if it stays low with oil added you've got a burnt valve.

Alright thanks. Do you think having them clean the injectors is worth the $120 they charge?
Switching the plug is a good idea, i'll try that out. I'll do the compression check as well. I hope it's just the plug though.
Thank you.

I wouldn't spend the $120 unless it was a last resort.
I would check the wire to the #2 injector or at least feel it. I can feel my injectors tick when they're working.
If not you need to check the voltage at the wire with a multitestor and see if maybe the wire is bad and not firing the injector.

Skip the injector cleaning. That is just an easy money maker for the repair shop, there is more than enough detergent blended in to gas to keep the injectors clean. If you cracked a plug while installing it, it could cause a misfire. But if it is the same cylinder midfiring after the tune up, you really should do a compression check and a leak down test.

check the gap on the plug, buddy and I did a tune up on his jeep when he first bought it, he did the first 3 plug, i did the last 6, turns out he dropped one of the plugs on the ground and didnt bother to see if it landed on the tip(which it did) and put the spark plug in with 0 gap. It misfired, pulled all the plugs and found the mistake,...

x2 on passing on the fuel injector clean. If you're worried about the injectors, take them out and and flush them out
<- very usefull youtube video

recheck the gap on the plugs, but if you have a missfire prior to the tuneup then you need to look into it.
check compression and then you may find the answer.

Thank you everyone. I pulled the 2nd plug and it had a pretty big crack in it. I'm surprised i missed it the first 2 times i looked at it. I get it replaced and all is well. However if it goes out again i'm going to do a compression check. Again, thanks to everyone who answered. You guys rock.
