Default Misfire 6th cylinder

Hey everybody check engine light came on about a month ago and got it looked it and was told the 6th cylinder was misfiring so I replaced spark plugs which were in very poor shape, light went off for a day and came back on went back to get it looked at and says it's the same problem, bought another spark plug and replaced it in that cylinder and light still not going off... Any other ideas of what the problem could be to cause the misfire?!?

Have you cleared the code after you replaced the plug?. What shape was the plug in the second time?, was it oil covered or wet smell of gas?

coil? not sure how to test it though.. perhaps someone else will chime in..

how did that plug look? compression test on that cylinder? is it wet? are you getting fuel? test the injector? perhaps swap the injector to another cylinder and see if the miss follows it?
