I had just ordered from them for the first tiime. Recieved my shippment today (oem replacement shackles). Best price and fast shipping. Unfortunately, the box only had one shackle and there was no order information in the box. Luckily I retained my confirmation email which I had to recheck myself to make sure I didnt make the screw up.
Needless to say, they owe me a shackle. Had anyone else on here had any experience with them? positive or negative and if negative was the issue resolved or where they difficult to deal with? Just looking out for future reference because they do seem to have good prices, hopefully its not just because they only send half the order.

They sell sometimes through suppliers directly. My part came directly from the manufacturer. It was a miscomunication between the two. After the couple days it took for a call back my part was here within 24 hours. I would do business with them again.
