Mechanic Rates for common work
This time of year, it's getting too cold to work outside. I spent three hours taking the fuel rail on and off due to leaks around the injectors on the rail and then leaks on the intake ports. Anyway, I've got to do the oil filter adaptor fix (leaks oil when running) and the Crank position sensor (mine is getting weak-stalls in reverse).
Just wondered what people pay to have the oil adaptor or crankshaft sensor work done at a garage or dealer. I like to do my own stuff but my wife needs the Jeep for going to work so I've only got a couple of hours to do it and it has to work when it's done!!
Thanks for the help.

Figure on $80-$100 an hour.
I've used this app to figure up prices on things. You could give it a try.
