I think i found it. The wire coming from the transfer case is hanging and touching the u joints on the driveshaft, its cut, frayed and perfect for a ground situation. I moved it away and the fuse DID NOT BLOW. I am so keyed. I am going to put everything back together and hopefully drive my Jeep today.
My new question. "Do i have to have a cat. converter? Does that 02 sensor wire have to be connected to the cat. converter? Can i just cap that wire real good and not have this happen again?
I am going to put things back now and i will chack back a little later.
THANK YOU EVERYBODY, life is good so far today.

by epa laws there should be a cat on there and having the other o2 hooked up would help the ecm monitor running conditions but thets gonna cost more money to fix and the second sensor goes in the exhaust pipe after the cat

I had a 400, shift kit in tranny and 35's, that thing was a tank, go anywhere with no problem. My bro in law broke the tranny housing and all the fluid poured out, i had already replaced and fixed everything but got rid of it because i was pissed and didnt want to put anothere dime into it.
I said to myself i am going to keep this Jeep until one of us dies, i almost went against my own words but my baby runs now, i drove it, and started it a couple times, IM BACK!
THANK YOU EVERYBODY!!!!!!!!
