Default MAT cause high idle when warm?

Well, Here's the video. I start the video with the sensor unplugged. Sorry that the video is sideways, youtube doesn't like me at the moment lol.

The jeep idles at 1000 when cold, but as she warms up, the idle goes up. When I turn on the AC, the idle goes down *odd I know*. My vacuum system is brand new, right down to the front axle. My grounds have been tested and cleaned! Brand new properly tuned TPS. If you go on a highway drive, the Jeep will idle at 1500rpms until you shut her down and restart her.

Well never mind the MAT sensor. My damn internal slave cylinder just had to go bad on me today. I'm thinking its an internal leak since i'm not losing any fluid in the master cylinder. Good old clutch pedal on the floor. I do not have any tools to remove the transmission. Ball park price would be?
