Default Maintenance on 2001 XJ

What should I do for maintenance? Already got oil change, transmission fluid, diff fluid, air filter,TB cleaned. Also got it on a 4.5in lift with 33s. Was thinking by injectors and spark/coils and also the serpentine belt

If you add Powersteering fluid and topping up the windshield washer bottle, you've had all the fluids 😆

Clean up all your grounds, battery cable connections and batt posts
New plugs never hurt (you have the coils so no need for cap and rotor which is usually good to do otherwise)
Put some fuel injector cleaner nonsense (with PEA) in your tank and see how everything goes

The answer to the question is in the service schedule(s), taking into account the mileage & service history.
