Low MPG issues

Salad, Thanks for the info. I ended up replacing my upstream o2 sensor. I checked the exhaust and found an exhaust leak at my muffler, in the u bolt before the muffler, and along the muffler seams at the front and rear, starting to rot out it looks like. So that definately doesnt help me out any mpg wise, still havent driven it enough with the new sensor to determine if its making a change, usually helps a little at least.
I did clean my throttle body, checked it again just to be sure, and its good. I pulled the MAP to clean it, and the hose seemed to be on good, tried to clean inside where the hose connected, not sure if theres any more i can do with that.
