low idle issue

this is my current issue i have 703s drop in kn&n new fuel pump and filters no leaks just dont understand this issue help

TPS adjusted?

IAC cleaned and functioning correctly?

All vacuum leaks repaired?

iac replaced like 4000 miles ago. tps how do you adjust them? I get no change in idle when i remove connecter for inj.s 1 - 3 how ever get rough idle almost dies out on 4 - 6 new plugs, wires, cap, rotor and coil pack replaced like 6 months ago its got me baffled
