Just a quick question and yes my iac and tb are squeaky clean. But say i start up my jeep in the mornings or just starting in general and go to back up and turn, well after i stop and about to go into drive it idles very low but doesnt stall. Is that normal or is something about to go out? Also should mention randomly it bogs down after starting and driving as well but one stab of the gas and it fixes itself is that anything to be concerned with too?

 

Just because your IAC is squeaky clean doesn't mean it's good. I used to have a test procedure but lost it in a crash. Maybe someone has it. Had a no fast idle issue with mine a few yrs back. Cleaning the IAC fixed for a month or so. Ended up replacing it.

I was concerned about going aftermarket but was making an order so got one. Been fine for yrs. Just did a tune-up using STANDARD parts. They offer components with the brass contacts.
