Loud squeel sound from AC?

When ever i turn on my air, a loud highpitched squeel. Its not the AC compressor, the belt, or the thing that turns the belt. I changed all that already. The sound stops as soon as i cut the air off, but starts again when i cut it back on. Do any of you all know what this sound might be.

Honestly, when you turn the AC off and it stops, It has to be the compressor. I guess it is possible for there to be extra tension on the belt system when the AC compressor is running full steam but, I would not be at all surprised if you needed a new compressor.

The sound was still there, but it was a lowwer pitch when i put the new compressor in.

I would just double check the belt tension, my AC when I first bought mine would squeal like crazy when on.....turns out the belt just wasnt tight enough. Even if you think its OK just try to play with the tension a bit even, doesnt take anymore than 5-10 minutes to rule it out at the very least.
