loud squeaking noise

whnever i drive i hear a loud squeaking noise but when i stop it goes away ??? is it my belt ???

its starting to **** me off

Does the squeaking stop if you rev the engine?
Presumably it's from the engine bay, and not suspension?

Serpentine belts are the usual suspects - might need tensioning and/or replacing.

yes it stops when rpms are down
and starts up again when rpms are high

it could be a belt or one of you ACC. maybe on their way out. when I replaced the power steering pump on my mothers car w/ a new pulley (because the old one was getting loose) her noise went away.

with the engine off!! I would try to wiggle all of the pulleys. if none of them move in a direction that they were not ment to move then start with the belt.
