Default Loud Pop under Pass. Floor when accelerating...

What would cause this? Sounds like metal against metal. Does it when I pull off every time. Could it be the transfer case?

Inspect the exhaust front-pipe. There should be a hangar/mount where it passes over the tranny cross member on the passenger side. It's a rod welded to the pipe before the cat and it inserts to rubber bushing. I heard similar knocking/banging/popping when mine broke. I corrected it by welding a piece of rod stock to the pipe but found a clamp-on repair kit a few days later...

besides the exhaust pipe, inspect you motor and trany mounts. Also inspect you LCA bushings at the body. I had this happen when my stock arm wallowed out

I had this always happen when i would accelerate, believe it or not it was the little clamp on the axle that goes over the coil spring. I tightened that and it went away.
