loud clicking under heavy acceleration.

I was thinking maybe a u-joint? its definitely in the rear..
i also need to do an oil change, should i add anything? like seafoam or lucas? shes got 158k...

i wouldnt add that stuff to your motor unless ur having a problem. is there a vibration under acceleration?
