This morning on my way to work I lost power to my radio, wipers, door/window controls, heater blower, air bag light came on and no turn signals . Everything else functioned correctly as far as I know. When I parked at work I shut it down and then restarted. Everything functioned correctly. At this point I'd call it an intermittent issue.
Any ides as where to look? I'm thinking maybe a bad ground but maybe a bad relay? I'm open to any ideas....

All those circuits you named are fused in the JB, but different fuses.
I don't think they share the same ground point, except that they are all grounded through the chassis. Ground G106, on the left inner fender is the ground point for a few f those circuits, but not all.
I know you redid all your cables in the engine bay so it may be a good idea to double check the security of the grounds.
Double checking, I found that all the circuits you describe go through connector C4 in the JB. See JB diagram. It might be a good idea to access the entire JB and remove connector C4 and see if it's corroded. If okay re-secure. Any corrosion in the connector is bad juju.
