Unhappy Lost overdrive/codes after short.

Have a 2000 Cherokee Sport. Had no check engine lights and no issues until I accidently shorted out the sun visor wire and blew a fuse for the cluster. Replaced fuse and now the jeep will only go into overdrive once per day, after the first run it forgets where overdrive is and engages it way to early.
I reset the codes with my shop code reader (im an automotive window technician). Three codes came back, P0135: Oxygen Sensor Heater Bank 1 Sensor 1. PO443: Evaporative Emissions Purge Solenoid Control Circuit. P0700: Electronic Automatic Transaxle Controller Diagnostics Trouble Code Present.
Looking for ideas on how to fix this issue. I have no more blown fuses, jeep idles fine, shifts well, and doesnt seem to be having any other issues. Any info would be great! Thank you!

PS: Was told P0700 is normally what causes the shift issue, but most of the time the jeep wont even come out of park, Mine shifts through all the gears fine, just cant seem to shift into overdrive when its suppose to. Either to early or not at all.

Dont think that the sun visor blown fuse relates to the tranny issue.
O2 sensor you need to look at live data and see if it's running rich or lean. could have a vacuum leak or leaky injectors. if those are fine your o2 sensor took a crap. hook a vacuum gauge up to the intake should have about 18 to 20 inHg for vac.
the evap purge may be bad take it off and blow into it with your mouth if u feel are coming out the other end it isn't sealing and it's bad, those run probably about 50 dollars.
for the tranny code sound like a computer problem, but if it's mechanical I would suggest putting a bottle of Lucas transmission stop slip the whole quart. I tell everyone it works miracles, Many people are skeptical. I use it in one of my GMC truck when it lost O/D and it came back after a couple of hours of driving. in my chevy WT, my valve body was going bad, really hard 1-2 shift, put a quart of the Lucas in and solved the issue.
