Loss of power at gear changes

this issue occured with my old jeep including the wiring getting snagged by the drive shaft. there is a fuse for the o2 sensor heater circuit. it will blow when the wiring grounds out. it took me two months to fix this issue and it was just the damn fuse that i had over looked. check all of the fuses..... under the hood....
