Unhappy I've got the O2 sensor blues...

So I've got a 97 Cherokee thats been having some issues. Every once and a while it will seem to sputter out while driving at freeway speeds (between 50-60 mph). It happened again today, worse than ever. I typically alleviate this problem by stomping on the gas that that usually seems to kick her out of it. But today driving home I experienced the same loss of power so I floored it. And it kept giving me the power loss all the way home, so I had to keep flooring it. Got off the freeway to lower speeds(between 20 and 30 mph) and it kept giving me the loss of power (just the same as on the freeway, feeling like she was gonna sputter out and die). Stopped at an intersection and she stalled completely. Turned her back on and everything seemed fine ( though the CEL did come on) and drove her to Autozone (with no problems at all). They check the code and came up with PL0132 which refers to the upstream O2 sensor, which I just had switched out (along with the cat) two weeks ago. I got home and started pulling fuses, knowing that it might be a blown O2 sensor fuse and came up with nothing. This has been a recurring problem. Any advice would be great!

yeah, i know how you feel. I didn't get any responses right away on one of my post's.

I'm acctually having the same problem right now, although mine is manual, i read on here to check the conection on the throttle position sensor, make sure its clean. Also could be a leaky vacuum line somewhere.

After I get mine back on the road, I plan to check those things along with the o2 sensor. And replace the plugs, wires, cap, and rotor. hopefully that takes care of it.
