The center console in my '01 Cherokee is loose and wiggling. More of the larger bin part in the back. The front where the shifter is seems pretty stable. I've got a schematic but it doesn't help. I tightened the two screws at the bottom of the bin but it didn't help,

There is a plastic bracket that hols it to the floor. More then likely it is broken.

 

X2 for the replacement bracket.

 

the metal bracket is great.
