I'm looking for a lift and wanting to to go 3.5 to 4.5 and run 32s to 33s and I know I need new leaf springs. So I'm looking for something with new leaf springs and spring up front ,What's your guys in put??
I just slapped some 33s under my 4.5. It was a tight squeeze.. fender trimming is a must and no more stock flares up front. Especially if u wanna do any sort of offroading. I also had to use adapters in the rear to keep the tires off of the leafs. That's my experience so far. But I've gotta say
I love the 33s and aggressive look.255 for the rough country 3 in lift and about 100 for 1.5 inch spacers and drop shackles

http://www.roughcountry.com/jeep_xj_4.html this is a good kit, just upgrade to full packs, the kit is 655 then. or you could go to here if you got more money http://www.roughcountry.com/jeep_xj_4x.html or you could go to http://rustysoffroad.com/mm5/merchan...ode=sus_xj_kit and pick out what kit you want there, they have alot in common with rough country, but if you have more money than that, pretty much the top of the line in my opinion is http://www.rubiconexpress.com/SuspensionSystems/XJ.aspx , and pick your poison there. they have 6 different lifts that are what your looking for. there is like 12-15 different kits for you to sort through and pick the one out that fits your tastes and budget. just like you said though, stay with new full packs, you will be happier in the future.
the pic below is mine, 4" rough country rear/ 3.75 pro comp front lift w/31's. new rough country full packs, t case drop 1", no driveline vibration. they ride a little stiffer, but to me it just feels more like a 4x4 instead of a car. hope this info helps
