looking to add a 2" lift but have sagging rear leaf springs
hey guys,
so i'd like to add a 2" lift to my 97 XJ. i'm looking at fat bobs 2" kit, spacers and shackles. i know i have some sagging in the rear leafs. am i just wasting my money putting shackles on sagging leafs? any advice would be great.
thanks guys, love this place

I don't see where you live but a 2" lift is a rare bird for sure, very few good options. If your sure a 2" is all you want and your leafs are bad you need to go to a spring shop and have them put a pack together for you they are cheap or around here they are. I have had many built over the years for trucks and vans.
The best bang for the buck is a full spring pack lift kit a 3" only a 1" more, plus gives you a lot more options. Plus its something you can grow into in the future if you want. One of the best for the money with everything included shocks/boots/springs/leafs/new bolts/u-bolts is from Rustys Off Road. I have used one for over 18 mo. no issues and recently upped it to a 4 1/2" lift with spacers/shackle's 1 1/2".
That gives you many options for the future not the least clearance/tires.
