Squeak + speed wobble probably = ball joints, ask me, I'm an expert I just took two and a half days to replace ONE SIDE. Ok so really, if this is your problem I could help you out with a few pointers, there are better sources to be sure. Parts @ AZone upper and lowers both sides was about 140.

just fyi if it is ball joints
i have had bad luck with auto zone parts
if you have a napa or carquest around you, get their parts, it may be more expensive, but in my opinion, the are alot better, and last longer
just my two cents

Don't really need photographic evidence of ya doing 65 mph, it is heard of that these trucks are capable of it. Now if it was something unrealistic like 80, I'd have to call you a liar.
But in all seriousness, don't worry about snapping a picture. And I would start simple, try having the tires balanced.

That comment right there gave me a good chuckle! lmaoI got to 90-100 (don't really know but the needle was pointed straight down) on the freeway last weekend and that was with my lifted XJ!!
I've gotten to about 90 on the freeway with my '92 XJ and it's stock
For some reason the stock one feels scarier at that speed LOL

The wobble has nothing to do with your oil change, plug/wire change, belt change at all. Its most likely a wheel out of balance, or bushings/ball joins/etc going bad. Normal wear and tear.
As for the squeaking...is is really the steering wheel? My fiance's TJ makes a rubbing/squeaking noise when you turn the wheel, when parking and such. It could just be the material rubbing.
Now, if its actually suspension, it, too, could be bushings. Or shocks/springs that are wearing.
None of these things seem too terrible, just normal crap you must maintain as a vehicle owner.
I'm curious, though, how exactly do you know you are losing HP and TQ? Have you put her on a dyno lately, or is it just your mind messing with ya? I know mine does sometimes...
Your little vibration is not a big deal yet so don't get all excited you don't need advice on this or that. You need to find someone to take a look at it with you and shake the tires wile they are off the ground. Its not hard to tell were a little play is. Could be a ball joint or a tyerod could also be a crack in your frame. We can't tell from here. Find someone who knows more than you to take a look at it. If your in WI shoot me a pm.
