Linkage Adjustment Badly Rusted

Linkage Adjustment Badly Rusted
Tried to adjust my linkage on my 2000 Cherokee but it so badly rusted I can't adjust it. Tried spraying with PB Buster a few times waiting over night , spaying again & again, still can't move it. Would appreciate your help.
