linkage
When I got my '87 Cherokee, it had literally been used up and throw away (to me), I've been slogging through resurrecting the thing for near a year now, sort of a hobby.
Along the way, I replaced the entire throttle body, which required removing the throttle link between the throttle body and the linkage below the throttle body, a rocker arm. When I removed this link, the plastic bit that held the rod end to the ball broke off, and now I can't replace it, I put it in place, it just drops off. Both the rod ends on this link are moulded plastic, both broke. I have so far got five more broken rods from various places. Called Jeep dealer, linkage NLA.
There must be a workaround out there, anybody?
