Limited Slip on D35
Well today i decided to change the oil on my D35 and i noticed a separate tab from the gear ratio (3.55 by the way) tab that reads "Add Limited Slip Lubricant" so i did and now WaaLaa!! Now i have limited slip and i didnt even know. Who ever owned this XJ before aparently did not add the lubricant and it never worked until now. Cant wait to go try it out!
By the way how much fluid should go into the D35?

Before adding the new oil with the cover off, i jacked up one side and started to turn the tire and it just spun. After adding the oil i turned the tire 2 turns or so the wheel locks up or at least i cant turn it by hand anymore.

A LSD will still spin. My guess is that you had your ebrake on.

There is a clutch pack that transfers limited power to the wheel that isn't slipping thus giving traction to the only wheel that can use it.
