Light next to Check Engine Light

The one that looks like an engine, what is it? Thanks.

it means there is something wrong in the engine bay could be a sensor or could be a backfire take it to a place with a obd reader to check the code

the check engine light that looks like an engine is your check engine light. get a code reader and see what the problem is.

I thought the space next to it said Check Engine so I assumed this was something else, but it says Check Guages. Thanks for clearing up my confusion.
