Light blue smoke at idle when engine fully warmed, 93 XJ 4.0
Took a 400 mile round trip to the desert last weekend and noticed once I got to the camp site I was getting some blue puffs of smoke at idle, and if I blip the throttle. Doesn't smoke while driving, just at idle.
Jeep has 176k, oil changed each season (I only drive the Jeep about 4000 miles a year tops) with Shell Rotella T5 10w 30, and a whole can of sea foam a day before the oil change. Never smoked before, passed emissions just fine November.
Any ideas where to start looking for issues on this?

Sounds good. Might as well get a set ordered. May as well do the valvecover gasket while it's open. Anything else I should replace while I'm in there? I'm probably going to paint the valvecover while it's off.

I would also look to see if there is any buildup around the valves themselves. Also the recommended amount of sea foam is really only 1/3rd of a can. The extra amount of sea foam might be taking a toll on it. I would keep an eye on other seals and stuff in there.
