You shouldn't have an issue with the 32 diameter. As far as the 12.5 width you may or may not need to trim your fenders slightly depending on the backspacing of your rims.

I'm curious too... 32" tires should clear ok, but is there enough room to allow them to flex solidly without rubbing?

no if you want the most flex from your set up you are going to need to trim some to clear on full flex and lock if you are going to trim you mite as well go 33's

RE is one of the best brands out there from what i have read

you will need shocks if you havent factored that in your budjet yet

The 11.5's might help with the backspacing problem and rubbing on turns, but not necessarily the ability to flex fully, accd to what a1racer said.

I run the RE 3.5 lift, to my knowledge you should be able to fit 32x11.50s with some rubbing but not alot. I personally love all the flex I can get and plan on going with a smaller size just so I can keep that flex.

I don't think trimming requires that many tools..

All you need is a 10mm socket or wrench to remove the stock flares, a cutting wheel or snips, and a hammer. And if you wanna go for style points some rattle can paint. Here's a link on how to do the rear.https://www.cherokeeforum.com/f51/cutting-rear-fenders-1718/
