Lift shackles
does a 1" lift shackle in the rear give you 1" lift or only 1/2" lift in the rear?
it will give you the full 1 inch but id go with the blocks...little easier
don't use blocks, blocks are bad, they shift, or pop out,or split, plus they cause alot of spring wrap.
i wouldnt agree with the blocks.. ive only heard bad things about them. shackles arent that hard at all to replace just two bolts to come out of the body.

PLease be advised while using any kind of lift device you change your pinion angle and are subject to driveline vibes do to the change. |
The shackles will actually help improve your suspension as a block will only let u fit bigger tires. Its kind of like deciding to do a body lift or a suspension lift. Good luck either route!
