lift option
ive seen people use spacers and not have problems, other people tell me that spacers could be a problem when doing alot of flexing, i am thinking about gettin a 3-4.5" lift, and possible putting a 1.75-2" spacer just for clearance, and using shackles in the back, would this be a good way to go? or is it better to just buy a 6" lift? im trying not to spend too much on the whole lift, so i would was also wondering if theres any way to put together my own lift using coil springs and leaf packs from another type of truck, my buddys dad owns a couple junkyards so i would have no problem with getting the parts... so which is the better way to go?

well how much lift do you actually want? usually it's not recommended to stack spacers, those and shackles should only be used for a little bit of lift.
