Default Leaking in dash

So as some may know it has been raining a **** ton in Colorado. Yesterday I hop in my Cherokee and see something fall out of the corner of my eye from the glove box. Think nothing of it. A couple of seconds later another falls. I then reach down and feel the floor. There's a tiny wet spot. And I do mean tiny. Barley noticeable. It rain really hard all night that night. Is this a really hard fix to diagnose. Do I need to tear apart my dash. It had a new windshield put in before I bought it. I bought about a month ago. What the thing leaking.
Thanks,
Justin

More looking is needed. In that general area you should check:

Area where fender and firewall are welded sometimes cracks.
AC drain line occasionally gets plugged and creates a similar small leak.
Grommet through the firewall in that area for wiring sometimes leaks.
Windshield corners are weak areas as well.

So do I need to tear apart my dash or something else. How do I test these spots. Is this a fix this needs ASAP or can I wait a little. It isn't the AC because it drains a bunch of water every time I turn off or park the Jeep.

Well you can check the seams and the grommet without doing anything else. You should be able to look and see if the seam has separated or the grommet is loose. You can get a friend to use a hose and see where it's coming from if you don't see anything obvious on visual inspection.
