Leaking coolant

Leaking coolant
So I have a coolant leak!
After a while of driving when you park up and switch of the engine coolant starts to leak from around the radiator, but it leaks onto the bash plate then onto the floor. I have let it cool down then, start it back up to get it to running temp switch the engine off and it doesn't leak. I guessing because the car isn't under load that might have something to do with it. Just not sure where the leak could be coming from. I have checked the hoses but can't find a crack and in of them. I have a xj 1998 sport just wondering if someone could help.
